Within the Item Manager, users can manage their menu items by editing or deleting them. Editing items allow you to change the following details:

  • Item Name
  • Change your template
  • Item Photo
  • Subtitle
  • Description
  • Price
  • Variations
  • Stock Level
  • Dietary Labels
  • Tags
  • Kilojoules (kJ)

Remember that if your item is part of a live menu, any edits or changes to that item will be reflected live! This is handy if you want to quickly change the price of an item, edit its description or mark it as being out of stock.

To edit items:

  1. From your Menuzen dashboard, navigate to the sidebar on the left-hand side of the screen and click Item Manager.

  2. Find the item you would like to edit, select the ‘...’ icon and press Edit.

  3. Edit the information about the item including description, price, images, and more.

  4. Once the information has been edited to your requirements, press the Save button. Your changes will now be saved. If the item is on a live menu, the contents will update automatically.

To delete items:

  1. From your Menuzen dashboard, navigate to the sidebar on the left-hand side of the screen and click Item Manager.

  2. Find the item you would like to delete, select the ‘...’ icon and press Delete.

    CAUTION: Deleted menu items cannot be recovered.

  3. Your item will now be removed from the Item Manager.

To duplicate items:

  1. From your Menuzen dashboard, navigate to the sidebar on the left-hand side of the screen and click Item Manager.

  2. Find the item you would like to duplicate, select the ‘...’ icon and press Duplicate.

  3. Your item will now be duplicated and added to the Item Manager.
